RemekTek support aims to be professional but also personal. We support all equipment that we had provided and also can support existing installations.
Support is available either on an ad-hock “Time & Materials” basis, or on a monthly Support Contract.
We naturally provide out of hours support and can even service home installations.
To our premium customers we provide remote login support at no extra charge and access to our "For Customers" hints, tips and recommendations.

RemekTek is not quite as abrupt, and we will happily provide 15 minutes of free advice, but bear in mind that, just like Perry, what we sell is our expertise so don't expect to get all for nothing...
